RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return period

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us (beyond the legal 14-day period). After this period, no return can be accepted.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• unused and in its original condition;
• complete (accessories, original packaging if possible).

Procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at info@thehavenpillow.com stating your order number. We will send you the instructions to follow.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is completely free: it is covered by WEB CONSULTING.

Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund is processed within 24 hours. The amount is credited back to the payment method used for the order. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account then depends on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, contact us immediately at info@thehavenpillow.com. You will receive a full refund or a replacement.
