TERMS OF SALE & TERMS OF USE
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)
Article 1 – Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the sale of products by WEB CONSULTING (hereinafter “the Seller”) through the website thehavenpillow.com to individual consumers (hereinafter “the Customer”). Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 3 – Products
The products offered are physical products described as accurately as possible. Photographs and descriptions are provided for information purposes only and are not strictly contractual. Offers are valid while stocks last.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), all taxes included. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the time of ordering, before final validation, in the order summary (at checkout). The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in force at the time the order is validated.
Article 5 – Ordering
The Customer places an order directly on the website. The sale is considered final after confirmation of the order and receipt of payment. A confirmation e-mail summarizing the order is sent to the Customer.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made online through the secure Shopify Payments solution, which accepts credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and PayPal, among others. Payment data is processed securely by the payment provider; the Seller does not have access to the Customer's full banking details.
Article 7 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of ordering. Deliveries are carried out by UPS and Colissimo. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 9 business days from order confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the time of ordering. These times are given for information purposes only; a delay in delivery cannot give rise to compensation. In the event of a significant delay, the Customer may contact the Seller at info@thehavenpillow.com.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. WEB CONSULTING grants its Customers an extended period of 30 days from receipt of the product to return an item.
To exercise this right, the Customer shall inform the Seller by e-mail at info@thehavenpillow.com.
The product must be returned in its original condition, complete and unused. Return shipping is free of charge and covered by the Seller.
Article 9 – Refund
In the event of withdrawal or a compliant return, the refund is made within 24 hours after receipt and inspection of the returned product, using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.
Article 10 – Legal warranties
The Customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of a non-compliant or defective product, the Customer may contact info@thehavenpillow.com.
Article 11 – Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
Article 12 – Applicable law and disputes
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European online dispute resolution platform is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
GENERAL TERMS OF USE (GTU)
Article 1 – Purpose
These GTU define the terms of access to and use of the website thehavenpillow.com published by WEB CONSULTING.
Article 2 – Access to the website
The website is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. Costs related to access (equipment, connection) are borne by the user. WEB CONSULTING makes every effort to ensure the accessibility of the website but does not guarantee continuous availability and may suspend access for maintenance or for any other reason.
Article 3 – Use of the website
The user agrees to use the website in accordance with applicable laws and these GTU. In particular, the user shall refrain from any fraudulent use, any attempt to compromise the security of the website, or any unauthorized extraction of its content.
Article 4 – Intellectual property
All content on the website (texts, visuals, logos, trademarks) is the property of WEB CONSULTING or its partners and is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is prohibited.
Article 5 – Liability
WEB CONSULTING cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website, from its unavailability, from the presence of viruses, or from the use of third-party websites accessible via hyperlinks.

Article 7 – Changes to the GTU
WEB CONSULTING reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time. The applicable GTU are those in force when the website is consulted.
Article 8 – Applicable law
These GTU are governed by French law.
